Hi i cannot praise Vanessa enough. I was let down 3 weeks before my wedding when i couldn't get in touch with another hair & make up company i had booked a year before my wedding to come to my home on my wedding day. I was so stressed and thrown into panic when i realised i was going to have to try and find someone else and it was such short notice i was finding this task very hard and stressful.
I contacted some companies including Vanessa at Blushing Brides explaining what had happened to me and begging for someone to help me. Vanessa phoned me the next day saying she was very booked up for my wedding date but she would try her very best to help me which she did and managed to save my life lol.
I had no idea what i wanted on my wedding day as my hair is so fine so i explained to Vanessa at my trial what i liked and she just got on with it and made me look like a princess. The stress was over and for the last 8 weeks of my wedding i could finally relax knowing that being left in her hands my hair and make up would be amazing.
On my wedding day i was amazed at how great my hair and make up looked and was exactly what i wanted.My make up was natural but flawless it stayed on all day & evening and so did my hair even after i removed the comb that was holding my vail in place it didnt budge ,and everyone just kept telling me how amazing i looked all thanks to Vanessa for saving my life.

I booked with Vanessa a full year and a half before my wedding and was pleasantly surprised with the amount of contact she kept with me during that time. I had had so many suppliers with whom I'd booked a year in advance that I did not hear from until maybe a few weeks before the wedding and this can be sometimes worrying but with Vanessa I had no doubt that I was getting a quality service.
At the hair trials she was incredible! I had myself and five adult bridesmaids and she was here for over 5 hours chatting to us about different styles and trying them out. I was happy to let Vanessa make several decisions about our hair and I was right too because we all looked stunning. Also, one of my girls changed her mind and Vanessa re-styled her hair without question.
On the day itself she was so helpful. She had all of the girls hair and mine done in record time and stayed until the moment I left to ensure any final touching up could be done and to put my veil in for me, which was a godsend! My hair lasted all day and night, and even into the next morning! She is very professional and a lovely woman whom I would recommend to anybody (and just about have!) I owe her a huge, huge thank you!

Saturday went more perfect than we thought, the church and the castle were amazing they even had fireworks as well. It just all run soooooo smoothly and they were smiling and laughing the whole day! I know that the morning of my wedding you guys acted more like bridesmaids, as well as hair and make-up with my Mum worrying and a poorly chief bridesmaid! Thankyou both so much.
My make-up was amazing and when I look back at my pictures, I can not believe I looked that glamorous. One of my collegues came to the church to see me, and told everyone at work that I looked like a film star...I felt like one. It was all amazing. My bridesmaids looked great and my Mum was very pleased with her make-up and felt involved, which as you know was important to me.
You both did so much more then my hair and makeup...you calmed me down (with help from Sarah) when everyone else was getting stressed...which I thought was the brides job...I felt very relaxed.
I have to say that I tell the story of my champagne rash to people, I've never needed Priton so fast!
Just thought I'd let you know that we were on the front page of a local magazine and also in Kent Wedding Magazine this month. I did tell them that you guys did my hair and makeup. The day was great and I felt very important and sexy! Thankyou, you both made my day.
A friend from school, whom I hadn't been in touch with for ages, is getting married in March, and spotted me on your web-site! I didn't realise I or Sarah were on there and it was a lovely surprise. We are also featured on John Marsh's website! Famous!

Everybody commented on all our hair and make up all day and honestly it stayed on all day too (apart from needing some of the mac lip cream in the evening as lips were so dry!!) and night, plus the hair was brilliant it didn't move fan-bloody-tastic when your being dragged around the dance floor!!

I was so amazed by my hair - I just could not believe that it was my hair - Rachel is a magician. My make up was just perfection - you picked up on the exact right colouring to bring my eyes out (that small touch of green) - just brilliant. All brides should have your magic touch!!

I tried to send you guys a card to say Thankyou, but couldn't get hold of an address.
So I think its time I send an e-mail!
I know that the morning of my wedding you guys acted more like bridesmaids, as well as hair and make-up with my Mum worrying and a poorly chief bridesmaid! Thankyou both so much.
My make-up was amazing and when I look back at my pictures, I can not believe I looked that glamorous. One of my collegues came to the church to see me, and told everyone at work that I looked like a film star...I felt like one. It was all amazing. My bridesmaids looked great and my Mum was very pleased with her make-up and felt involved, which as you know was important to me.
You both did so much more then my hair and makeup...you calmed me down (with help from Sarah) when everyone else was getting stressed...which I thought was the brides job...I felt very relaxed.
I have to say that I tell the story of my champagne rash to people, I've never needed Priton so fast!
Just thought I'd let you know that we were on the front page of a local magazine and also in Kent Wedding Magazine this month. I did tell them that you guys did my hair and makeup. The day was great and I felt very important and sexy! Thankyou, you both made my day.
A friend from school, whom I hadn't been in touch with for ages, is getting married in March, and spotted me on your web-site! I didn't realise I or Sarah were on there and it was a lovely surprise. We are also featured on John Marsh's website! Famous!
Hope you are both doing well and that you are still successful...you both deserve it.

Not only did you make me look and feel like a princess, you were on hand and ready to help in what could have been a very stressful situation when I realised an hour before I was due in church that my veil was missing!! Thank you so much for everything, you were much more than just hair and makeup artists and I will definitely be reccommending you if any of my friends decide to tie the knot!
We had such a fantastic day on Saturday and I think the veil incident and the rain just added to the fun!

How are you?? Well now I have finally come off of cloud 9 I thought I would drop you and Hannah an email.
Just wanted to say a great big fat thank you from my mum, sister, nieces, sonja, sals and me of course for the trials and for all your help on my wedding day, I cannot honestly imagine how a)terrible it would have been not to have had you both there and b)how stressful!! you were honestly angels sent from the gods that morning and we all felt so much calmer in your presence.
Everybody commented on all our hair and make up all day and honestly it stayed on all day too (apart from needing some of the mac lip cream in the evening as lips were so dry!!) and night, plus the hair was brilliant it didn't move fan-bloody-tastic when your being dragged around the dance floor!!
Thank you both so much again you are both truly wonderful.
